Terms & Conditions

Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 14, 2025
Welcome to  Call of Dooty! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our dog waste removal services ("Services"). By booking or using our Services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description
Call of Dooty provides scheduled dog waste removal services for both residential and commercial properties. Services are available as one-time cleanups or on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), depending on the plan selected at the time of booking.
2. Payment Terms

Payment Method:
All services must be paid in advance by credit or debit card. We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely.

Recurring Billing:
For recurring services, your card will be automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle based on your chosen service frequency.

Failed Payments:
If a payment fails or is declined, services will be paused until the billing issue is resolved.
3. Scheduling & Weather Policy
We do our best to perform services on your scheduled day. However, safety for both staff and pets is our top priority.
Service may be postponed due to:

  • Heavy rain or thunderstorms

  • Snow or icy conditions

  • Extremely cold temperatures (under 15°F / -9°C)

  • Any condition deemed hazardous by our team

If weather delays occur, we will either:

  • Reschedule your service at the earliest possible time, or

  • Combine your visit with the next regularly scheduled cleanup (depending on your plan)
     

No refunds are issued for weather-related delays.

4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and efficient service, please:

  • Leave gates unlocked and accessible

  • Secure dogs indoors or in a separate area during service

  • Keep the yard reasonably clear of obstructions (e.g., snow, leaves, tall grass)
     

If we cannot safely access your yard, we will attempt to contact you. If access is still not possible, the visit will be marked as completed and no refund will be issued.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
One-time services:
May be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.
Recurring services:
You may cancel at any time. However, no partial refunds will be issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

6. Liability
Call of Dooty is not responsible for:

  • Damage to property caused by hidden obstacles or poor yard conditions

  • Issues resulting from unsecured pets

  • Injury due to environmental hazards on the property

We make every effort to perform our services responsibly and respectfully.

7. Service & Policy Modifications
Pawprint Cleanups reserves the right to update these Terms or make changes to pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
